🚚 Delivery Information

UK Handmade Products:

  • Processing Time: 2-4 working days
  • Delivery Time: 3-5 working days via Royal Mail or similar

International / Dropshipped Products:

  • Processing Time: 2-5 working days
  • Estimated Delivery: 7-15 working days, depending on location and supplier

📦 Please note: Items may arrive in separate parcels if shipped from different locations.

Shipping Costs

  • Free UK delivery on orders over £40
  • Flat rate: £3.95 for UK orders under £40
  • International shipping is calculated at checkout (if available)

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 14-day return window from the day your order is delivered.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging
  • Returns must be approved via email before sending
  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted
  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty

Non-returnable items include:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods (e.g., loose teas unless faulty)
  • Personal care items (e.g., opened soaps, beauty products)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or final clearance items

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless we sent the wrong or faulty item

🔁 Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature and limited stock of many of our items, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been accepted.
