UK Handmade Products:

  • Delivery Time: 3-5 working days via Royal Mail or similar

International /ย Dropshipped Products:

  • Processing Time: 2-5 working days
  • Estimated Delivery: 7-15 working days, depending on location and supplier

Shipping Costs

  • Free UK delivery on orders over ยฃ40
  • Flat rate: ยฃ3.95 for UK orders under ยฃ40

We offer a 14-day return window from the day your order is delivered.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging
  • Returns must be approved via email before sending
  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted
  • Return postage is the customerโ€™s responsibility unless the item is faulty

Non-returnable items include:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods (e.g., loose teas unless faulty)
  • Personal care items (e.g., opened soaps, beauty products)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or final clearance items
